At VANANKITA FASHIONTECH PRIVATE LIMITED, we are committed to providing an exceptional shopping experience. If our couture does not meet your expectations, we offer a streamlined return and exchange process designed for your convenience.
1. Eligibility Protocol
To qualify for a return or exchange, items must meet the following criteria:
- Request must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
- Garment must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original state.
- All security tags, designer labels, and original packaging must be intact.
Note: Customized pieces, innerwear, and final-sale items are ineligible for return due to hygiene and bespoke standards.
2. The Return Journey
To begin your return, please follow these steps:
- Email our concierge at care@vanankitafashiontech.shop with your Order ID and reason for the request.
- Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours.
- Once approved, we will provide specialized return instructions to ensure the garment’s safety in transit.
3. Refund Settlements
Upon receipt and quality inspection at our atelier:
- Prepaid Orders: Credits will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- COD Orders: Refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit as per your preference.
4. Quality Discrepancies
If you receive a damaged or incorrect garment, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a priority replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you, as part of our quality promise.
5. Shipping & Returns
While we offer Free Delivery on all orders, return shipping for size changes or preference shifts is handled by the customer. If the return is due to a defect or error on our part, Vanankita Fashiontech will bear all logistics costs.
